To claim one of the 6,900 free 3-month Calm subscriptions available submit a claim on this website and complete the application form in full, providing:
- your name, address, email and telephone contact details
- your receipt(s) clearly showing purchase of one or more products listed in the terms and conditions clause 6. Receipt(s) must be dated within the Purchase Period
- receipt cannot be used more than once
- one claim per household
Your claim must be received within the Claim Period, and all of these requirements must be met in order for your claim to be validated.

How do I redeem my Calm subscription Code?
To redeem your subscription code go to https://www.calm.com/glade, create an account and enter the code when prompted.
To be eligible, you must not have an active auto-renewing Calm Premium subscription.
How long do I have to redeem my Calm Subscription code?
Subscription codes should be redeemed within 90days from the date it was emailed to you.
I don’t have access to a computer - can I still enter this promotion?
Yes, as long as you have access to the internet, you can enter the promotion via a tablet or mobile phone.
I have already claimed one Free Gift, can I claim another one in this promotion?
Unfortunately not, Claims are limited to one per household.
