  1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (EXCLUDING Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

  2. There are 6900 three month Calm subscriptions to be claimed.

  3. Purchase one or more promotional products between 00.01 BST on 27th October 2022 and 23.59 GMT on 23rd November 2022 at participating Asda stores only.

  4. Submit a full and Valid Claim between 00.01 BST on 27th October 2022 and 23.59 GMT on 23rd November 2022.

  5. Purchase necessary. Please retain receipt(s) as it/they will be required to validate your claim.

  7. Visit www.gladepromotions.co.uk and complete the application form in full, providing;

    • your name, address, email and telephone contact details
    • your receipt(s) clearly showing purchase of one or more products listed in clause 6. Receipt(s) must be dated within the Purchase Period
    • receipt cannot be used more than once
    • one claim per household

    Your claim must be received within the Claim Period, and all of these requirements must be met in order to make a valid claim (“Valid Claim”).

  8. This is a consumer promotion only and neither retailers nor wholesalers may apply.

  9. Late, incomplete or corrupted entries or those not made in accordance with the Terms will be automatically disqualified. No applications from organised groups, third parties, agents, macros or other automated means, will be allowed. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries delayed for any reason whatsoever. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for ineligible or incomplete entries.

  10. All claims must be received by the Claim Period closing date. Any claims received after this date will not be accepted and will not be considered a valid claim.

  11. If a claimant’s claim is valid they will receive their Calm subscription code by email within 2 business days, and they must then redeem this at www.calm.com/glade. Subscription codes should be used immediately.

  12. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, invalidate claims deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, contrary to the spirit of the Promotion or otherwise bringing the Promotion into disrepute.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of claimants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a claim may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

  14. By claiming a Calm subscription claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

  15. Claims are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternatives in whole or in part. This offer is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute of equivalent value.

  16. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to terminate or cancel the Promotion and/or a reward at any time without notice in circumstances which are deemed to be outside of its reasonable control or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of refunds. For instance, if, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected claims.

  17. Bulk claims made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims, by or via third parties or syndicates, claims by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be invalidated. If it becomes apparent that a claimant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase their number of claims in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s Claims will be invalidated and any claim award will be void.

  18. In participating in this Promotion, claimants do so at their sole risk. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or requesting or receiving the claim, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. This Promotion does not affect the statutory rights of the claimant.

  19. By claiming a Calm subscription, all claimants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter’s fulfilment agency, Metrisk Limited (Metrisk), and the holding and processing of such data for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion; and to Calm for the subscription itself. If you do not wish your personal data to be used for this purpose, you should not enter the Promotion.

  20. Aside from the use of entry data for the performance of this Promotion, Metrisk will not use personal data for any other purpose without the express consent of the claimant. See https://privacy.scjbrands.com/ for Metrisk’s privacy policy.

  21. These Terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  22. If a court or any other competent authority finds that any of the Terms (or any part of any term) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that term or part of that term shall, to the extent required, be deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other Terms shall not be affected.

  23. Submitting a claim for a Calm subscription is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
